Responsibilities

* Take administrative control of quotations, orders and weekly and monthly reports from them



* Archive and control, quotations, orders, reports



* Submit quotations by any electronic means



* Preparation of reports and service tickets



* Prepare monthly reports of quotations and orders



* Make spending accounts of sales



* Develops graphic processes and orders



* Customer service via telephone



* Archive documentation in general



Qualifications

* BCs in Administration, Accountancy or Technical formation in any administrative area



* Fluent in English


Desired

* Basic knowledge of bids elaboration



* Experience in Oil & Gas business performing similar activities
