Responsibilities

* Operate and manage the system under which the CoE (Center of Excellence) is running to ensure all work order requests are being completed and fulfilling customer needs. This function has to be involved within Santa Fe operation with 700 users as well as Monterrey with 250 users.* Ensure all work orders will have an accurate life cycle and the CoE standard process is being followed.* Make continuous evaluation regarding the vendors' performance on work order closure rate in comparison of time frame established into the SLA's (Service Level Agreements).* Create CoE - KPI's reports and communicate the trends to property leaders and region manager as well as CP&SO Latam team as needed.* Responsible of the work orders past due management and escalates all work orders that will start trending to not be completed on time.* Work very close with property leaders on daily basis to communicate effectively how the CoE is running, providing and receiving support based on process demanding.* Deliver help desk on the use of Facility Management tool to the users.* Coordinate effort with certified vendors to ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedule compliance. * Coordinate efforts with CP&SO CoE (Center of Excellence) to drive performance into best in class parameters.* Lead vendor development process supporting Sourcing initiatives.* Must lead CoE (Center of Excellence) implementation for LATAM Region.* Maintain closed loop communication with customers, as well as EHS related requirements and to be a significant contact (representative) for CP&SO.* Manage EHS and SCM projects to ensure compliance with goals, objectives and required metrics, planning and scheduling deadlines, budget requirements, and proper reporting and documentation management.* Review audit results and identify corrective actions for EHS & SCM assessments / inspections performed by contractors.

Desired

* Engineering (Industrial, Construction, Architecture or similar) or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Facility management and regulatory basic knowledge* Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to organize and focus teams, tasks, and requests.* Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

*Six Sigma Green Belt (Certification must be a plus)

*Understanding GE management systems and requirements and GE Values** Bilingual (English-Spanish) (TOEFL/TOEIC certification must be a plus)

General

The main purposes of this position is the assignment and dispatch for all the facility end users requirements and their transactional work order process in to GES (Global Enterprise System) and administration and management of the CoE (Center of Excellence). Report the KPI´s (Key Process Indicators) to the Region Facility Manager as well as all the CP&SO Latam team.
