We are seeking an energetic Quality Assurance Inspector who is highly motivated to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner

your task

 •·Ensure all SMS Demag Ltd personnel and contractors meet the requirements of our Quality Assurance program by way of inspections and audits. 

•·Responsible for inspections of small to large parts using engineering drawings.

•· Ensure non-conforming material and machinery is properly identified and processed in a timely manner.

•·Inspect all machinery following the company's Quality Assurance program.

•·Travel to outside contractors and inspect and audit contracted machinery.

•·The ability to work with all departments of the company.

 your qualifications

 •·Preferred 5 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing environment

•·Excellent knowledge of machine shop practices, weld quality and can identify weld imperfections.

•Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings

•Good knowledge of ISO9001/2000 procedures and can support them.

•Must have excellent communication skills especially when dealing with internal and external customers.

•Manage and prioritize tasks and project independently.

•Should be detailed oriented, self-starter and a team player.

•Must be proficient with MS Office applications.

Experience in technically similar industrial sectors will be a distinct advantage
