Software engineer/ Systems analyst/Technical lead/Project manager:

1. A minimum of total
experience of 1.5+ to 8 years of IT experience in C#.NET, VB.NET and ASP.NET

2. Should have good
understanding of software development life cycle and Quality processes

3. Should have worked
with projects in any one of the following domain areas of Banking, Insurance,
Manufacturing, Logistics or Retail

4. Should have good
analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

5. Experience working in
any the following Languages / Tools:

Languages:

- Must
have: Java, J2EE (JSP, EJB, Servlets),
JavaScript, JDBC, XML, HTML

- Good
to Have: .Net, Visual Basic

Databases: Good in any one
of the following...

- Oracle

- SQL Server

Tools/framework: Springs or Struts, Hibernate, JBuilder, Eclipse

Servers
/ Products:

Must
have: Either Weblogic, Vignette, WebSphere,
JBoss

Good to
have:

- Apache Tomcat,
