Responsibilities :

• Define and prepare project plans.


• Estimate effort.


• Evaluate high level design and architecture.


• Define project team organization, allocate, execute project assignments and monitor tasks assigned to team members.

Experience Required:

• Ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.


• Minimum 9 years experience in reputed software companies.


• Strong foundation in sdlc concepts & exposure to quality processes.


• Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills.


• Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities in a similar role essential.

Technical skills-proven expertise in any of the following technologies/skill sets is necessary:

• Open systems: c, c++, ibm-aix, unix.


• Web technologies: java, j2ee, jsp, struts, swing, xml, weblogic.


• Microsoft technologies: .net, c#, vb, asp, iis, mts, vc++, pl / sql.


• Ibm mainframes/ as400: cobol, cics, ims/db2, assembler, endeavor, jcl.


• Datawarehousing / business intelligence: informatica, abinitio, cognos, bo, microstrategy.


• Others: flash
