Responsibilities

- Responsible for service delivery control in Mexico, ensuring high level of service quality through local distributors

- Customer care, dealers and field engineers controllership

- Control FMI, PMS, Dispatch Open and Installed Base

- Controllership of internal processes including parts and service training for whole LA

- Control sales processes and material cost reduction

- Increase service contract share in LA

- Implement Devices Quality program

- Develop an aggressive Devices accessories and consumables sales plan

- Install new InSite to eligible equipments at whole LA

- Drive customer satisfaction by NPS regional scores

- Drive service department to accomplish all EHS internal targets, including distributor field service team

Qualifications

This position is open to external and internal candidates.



- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or other with equivalent experience

- At least 2 years of experience in customer services coordination in healthcare industry

- Leadership, controllership skills

- Able to deal with simultaneous processes and customer demands

- Teambuilder and clear thinker

- Strong analytical & problem solving skills

- Willingness to travel

- Fluency in English and Spanish


Desired

- Knowledge of ultrasound, densitometry and devices equipment

- EHS knowledge
