* To be in charge of the tax compliance of some GE legal entities, including the preparation of all the tax returns and calculations

* To develop and manage good relationships with the financial people of the businesses

* To solve tax related items regarding day-to-day activities of the businesses in conjunction with corporate tax team

* To develop and manage good relationships with the auditors of the companies

* Participation in other tax CoE special projects

Qualifications

* BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

* 3-6 years of tax compliance experience

* CPA certified

* Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors and tax advisors

* Strong knowledge of tax Compliance issues, including all regulatory compliance environment

* Strong analytical and influencing skills, detail oriented, independent thinking and decision-making abilities

* Communication skills / bilingual (English/Spanish)

* Energetic and flexible - capable to meet all deadlines and ad-hoc requests

* Execution skills

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT
