Operations Specialist UBS Pactual 30 oct

UBS is looking for an Operations Specialist who will be responsible for:

• Conntrol, supervise and execute account statements.


• Define the business requirements for the documentation management.


• Verification, file and custody of client identifying documentation


• Supervise that all the information complies with the local regulations and propose improvements if necessary to optimise the established operative procedures.


• Develop controls and reconciliation approaches to assure the correct/accurate information stated in the client reporting documentation

Requisites:

• At least 5 years of experience in financial entitites in a similar position (client reporting - account statements) with experience in project management


• Knowledge of financial markets and local regulation regarding account statements.


• Good level of English, written and spokent


• Used to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.


• Team work and flexible.
