Important Telecomunications company looks for: Human Resources Mannager

Responsible for ensuring each operating unit is complain with establish HumanCapital Delivery operational controls and practices. 

BA/BS degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or relatedarea, Masters Degree preferred.

 4 or more years of progressive Human Capital or Human Resources experience.

Effective management skills, Excellent oral, written and interpersonalcommunication skills. Organizational, counseling and negotiating skills.

3 years compensations and benefits administration experience preferred

Computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)

English proficiency (excellent oral skills)

 Thorough knowledge of Mexican Employment Law.

Experience within a call center type organizations preferred. Telecommunications
