Essential Function:
The responsibilities of the CRA Senior are to perform the clinical monitoring
aspect of designated projects at a local or international level in accordance
with SOP´s. Can act as Regional CRA or Clinical Lead, particularly on
bigger, more complex studies.

Responsibilities will include managing clinical monitoring activities and
liaising with project management and the sponsor to ensure that the clinical
deliverables are met.

Responsibilities will also include some on site monitoring to ensure familiarity
with the protocol an the opportunity to identify areas that may require
additional traingin, complying with ICH-GPC, Company policies, SOP´s and
local regulatory guidelines.

Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

(including experience in making presentations).

· Client focused approach to work

· Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and

prioritize workload with attention to detail.

· Willingness to work with multiple supervisors/colleagues in a matrix

environment, and to value the importance of teamwork.

· IT literate-Experience with Microsoft based applications and general

knowledge of PC.

· Able to take initiative and work independently

· Sense of urgency

· Team player.

Education:
Educated to degree level (Biological science, pharmacy or other health related
discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification/experience.

Language Skills:
Competent in written and oral English

Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 year monitoring experience or equivalent experience in clinical
research.
