We are looking for highly
skilled, driven, and service oriented individuals to join our high profile
Asset Owner and Consultant (AOC) team in Monterrey,
Mexico.


It is required to be completely
fluent in English, with advanced written and oral skills.


Position Overview



  • Manage relationships with existing and potential
    new clients in the region

  • Business Planning:  Develop and implement a sales strategy
    to target the financial community (investment managers, hedge funds,
    broker dealers, etc) in your designated region with a view to increasing
    sales revenue with both new and existing client base.

  • Assist client support consultant group in turning
    around at risk clients

  • Strategic Account Planning:  develop together with client consultant
    account strategy to determine cross selling/up selling potential, increase
    product usage and develop coverage plan

  • Identify and generate new business through
    prospect presentations and product demonstrations.  Liaise with consultants where
    appropriate

  • Understand the buying influences, preferences and
    biases of clients and prospects

  • Team Management: Manage a team of professionals
    covering clients in your region. Drive them to exceed revenue and relationship
    management goals.

  • Market Intelligence: Identify new trends in the
    industry and suggest how the Firm can be properly positioned to leverage
    those trends

  • Liaise extensively with our client base
    (including Investment Managers, Broker Dealers, Hedge Funds, Fund of
    Funds, Custodians and Performance Measurers) using your financial
    expertise to assist them in the theory and functionality of our products.  Maintain accurate records of client
    interactions

  • Develop and effectively communicate market intelligence
    and expertise in all service offerings to other team members, business
    strategists, product managers and research

  • Maintain and enhance the level of marketplace
    competitive intelligence

  • Liaison with other teams, such as client
    consultants, technical services and the client service desk as well as
    product management and research, to ensure that clients receive the best
    possible service
