Responsibilities
* Provides total leadership and execution of top line sales objectives for assigned territory.
* Proactively fulfils GEHC and LCT's A&S and GS strategies by selling across all modalities and functions.
* Displays clinical knowledge with the ability to talk to executive level staff, doctors dept head and administrative personnel to achieve sales objectives.
* Provides sales support required to incrementally grow Gold Seal sales
* Develops new business opportunities in traditional and non-traditional accounts and markets.
* Manages territory growth potential, via a pre determined strategic and tactical plan.
* Reviews sales opportunities at predetermined intervals within the sales territory.
* Motivates Region Product managers to business goals.
* Sets up collaborative service sales process with LA service leadership,SAR, ASM and FE's to generate A&S sales programs.
* Develops and formulates partnerships with large hospital systems.
* Develops monthly plan and goals for prospects.
* Proactively follows through on all service and sales goals and commitments to customer and colleagues.
* Discusses potential and coaches LCT sale team on how to address initial contact.
* Determines competitive situation at assigned accounts and reports accordingly.
* Develops solutions, approach and strategies and discusses it with sales representatives and agents.
* Determines total vitality in within customer accounts.
* Determines the most appropriate technical resource needed to facilitate site visits.
* Confirms benefits and needs of the customer and provides proper solution.
* Effectively explains value of GEHC vs. competitor
* Understands information about customer expectations (service needs, budget requirements, timeline, and special arrangements).
* Responsible establishing and maintaining business alliance with LCT Sales and Service Managers.
