Responsibilities

* Responsible for a range of planning functions across assembly and production operations.

* Daily use of SAP to plan direct material requirements (MRP).

* Review planning parameters to assure right product mix.

* Coordinate and execute scheduling activities for assigned part numbers using advanced planning systems.

* Provide effective scheduling and programming based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS), lead-time and shop capacity, hardware/tooling availability, performs input/output control.

* Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity.

* Work with shop management to develop hardware delivery commitments.

* Prepare and issue work orders and manufacturing plans.

* Analyze and measure current production performance and identify problem areas.

* Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs.



Qualifications

* University or college degree - in Economics, Business Management or Engineering.

* Oracle 11i (ERP's o MRP's), Access.

* Part numbers/supplier development/Six Sigma/Apics(CPIM o CPM)/Lean Manufacturing.

* Solid practical PC skills - Windows Excel.

* Strong analytical skills - Data-based and fact driven thinking, excellent in choosing right priorities.

* Superior problem identification and problem solving skills.

* Fluent English.


Desired

* 2+ years work experience in supply chain, logistics or materials function in multinational environment.

* Excellent interpersonal skills - confident communicator on every level of enterprise, high energy, credible, team player.

* Ability to work with great level of details.
