Responsibilities

The Commercial Excellence analyst will direct marketing efforts to adopt new, and improve existing, commercial analytics for the business. Responsibilities include territory and product reviews, developing and updating an overall business metrics dashboard, and tracking the operating rhythm of the business using various sources of information. Other responsibilities include sales deployment and budgeting projects as well as account management projects.



Metric definition: 1. Identify new key business metrics that will help define commercial strategy 2. Develop templates and methodologies for reporting on these metrics



Reporting: 1. Update and upgrade commercial business reports including dashboards 2. Develop and generate periodic presentations covering product and territory performance 3. Apply existing business metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, cycle times, activity tracking, to define commercial strategy 4. Present to senior business leadership team 5. Become efficient in existing and new systems that will enhance our ability to report performance related issues.



Project Management Coordinate: 1. Commercial excellence projects such as: opportunity based budgeting, forecasting models, account management, etc.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree* Minimum 4-6 years work experience

* Bilingual: English & Spanish

* Proven ability to execute projects, work independently

* Analytical thinker

* Strong verbal communication skills including ability to present business metrics results

* Self-reliant, proactive, confident, high productivity work style

* Flexible/adaptable - able to work with diverse groups of people

* Advanced Excel skills, strong PowerPoint skills

* Detail-oriented and very organized


Desired

* Proven ability to adapt to local business cultures and work with diverse individuals, with multiple styles.

* Professional experience in consulting

* Direct/Indirect experience in finance

* Strategic thinker with business sense

* Experience working with CRMs
