The Position
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to head our recruiting
department at our Monterrey office. This permanent position reports directly to
the Senior Partner in charge of Human Resources and will perform the following
tasks:

- Supervise recruiting team. This team currently has two consultants, but might
increase in the future.
- Define recruiting priorities and assign tasks
- Identify and actively pursue new recruitment sources in Mexico
- Perform special talent searches
- Propose new ideas to improve the process
- Actively monitor and track candidate pipeline, generating stats
- Conflict resolution
- Performa final interviews and elaborate job offers
- Design and implement all the proper recruiting procedures for the department
- Manage relationships with key partners, vendors and job boards
- Organize events, maintain website and ensure job posting are up to date and
accurate
- Review and discuss recruiting strategy with senior management.
- Action oriented towards meeting recruitment objectives

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong experience in manager-level recruiting
- Fluent speaking both Spanish and English
- Must have experience in either IT or Staffing industries.
- Must have proven track record successfully managing other recruiters.
