Responsibilities

Structure, negotiate and close financing transactions for Information Technology and Telecomm equipment. Work closely with origination team to define and execute on prospecting priorities. Maintain account relationships at a strategic level in order to grow share of wallet and ensure long-term business relationships strategic customers and high priority prospects.



MAIN RESPONSABILITIES* Identify and capitalize market opportunities, including high priority prospects as well as existing customers.* Grow TF product portfolio through an adequate structuring of new deals and good price-risk balance.* Provide structure and support to internal customers in regards to existing and new accounts.* Lead and follow up on relationships with high-level customers. Develop long-term relationships and grow account share with existing customers.* Develop strategies for current market penetration and target opportunities with high priority prospects.* Monitor legal, fiscal and economic changes to adapt market strategy. * Negotiate financial conditions and structure new proposals to ensure an adequate balance in the price/risk equation.



Qualifications

EFFECTIVENESS AREAS : * Project Evaluation * Basic Knowledge on Fiscal Areas.* Pricing and risk management basic skills.* Market Knowledge and Planning Skills.



STUDIES: Bachelors or Engineering Degree, Finance Major Or Post Graduate studies preferred.



EXPERIENCE. IT or Telecomm Leasing Financial Services.



LANGUAGE. Bilingual. English - Spanish.



SPECIFIC VALUES & SKILLS. Excelent communication and presentation skills. Highly results oriented and customer focused.
