Coordinate the sales process of MDM products:

1.Technical info consolidation. 2.Appraisal Request and follow up with the appaisers for appointment date confirmation and appraisal release on time 3. end documents to closing for loan paperwork release 4.Follow up with Closing to get the funds provisions and paperwork on time 5.Treasury accounts daily review for advancements wired from escrow 6.Loan worksheets consolidations together with the GE USA processor 7.Coordinate the Letter of instruction release 8.Support preparing some closing documents, such as final settlements and disbursement instruction forms 9.Follow up with broker on getting the signed closing docs. 10.Receipt and consolidation of the files from GE USA and prepare the final file to be sent over to Monterrey (audit purposes)

-Bachelors Degree: Administration, Commercial

-English fluent

-Main skills: organization, controllership, negociation, influencing
