Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage marketing and communication activities such as:

- Drive Customer Satisfaction efforts, encompassing Net Promoter Score actions, sales force effectiveness and voice of the customer feedback.

- Analyze economic and market trends of transportation sector, to provide valuable information to internal areas, US HQ's, customers and suppliers.

- Organize and coordinate tradeshows and customer & employee events in different cities.

- Coordinate and manage the design, development, and production of marketing and communication campaigns, promotional materials, newsletters, direct-mail pieces and promotions.

- Write and design promotional materials including print advertising, direct mail, html, brochures, collaterals and publications. This person will be required to be knowledgeable on all marketing, publicity and creative issues as it relates to our brand properties.

- Create designs, graphics and concepts for advertising and promotional pieces.

- Manage assigned marketing projects and update web site content.

- Responsible of marketing budget.



Qualifications

BD in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred

English 90%

Excellent problem solving skills / analytical-structured thinker

Strong follow up skills/attitude

Proven ability to execute in a dynamic environment

Knowledge of financial products structuring

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Able to multi-task and to prioritize projects

Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop skills

Marketing or Business Development Background


Desired

GB Certified / Six Sigma Background

Transportation Industry or Financial Company Experience
