Responsibilities
As the Relationship Manager with the North American Lending (NAL) Division of GE Commercial Finance, Real Estate, this individual will be responsible for:
* Driving volume by generating and analyzing real estate loan requests from new and existing customers
* Responsible for evaluating the complete package, completing a preliminary loan summary including recommending pricing, sizing and reserve structuring for the transaction
* Taking the lead in negotiating the application and the terms of the transactions including loan amount, pricing, reserve structuring, etc.
* Coordinating deal kickoff calls, assisting the underwriter in gathering information for due diligence and work as the primary liaison with the borrower throughout the transaction

Qualifications
* A minimum experience of 5 years in commercial investment banking or commercial lending institutions in a deal origination or sales and trading position
* 1) Masters Degree in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting; OR 2) Bachelor´s Degree and 10 years of related work experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills both in meetings and in presentations
* Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
* Experience working with clients on transactions and market lending programs to various clients as relationships develop

* You must be able to work out of an office in Mexico City, Mexico
* You must be able to travel up to 50 % travel - primarily within Mexico and occasionally to Central America / US.

* Familiar with Real Estate Capital markets, Rating Agency Criteria and financial modeling and/or GE models including DPEM, pricing and ILR models
* Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Real Estate is preferred
* Strong proficiency in ARGUS and/or Dyna Lease
