Responsibilities

Underwriting of real estate equity and debt financing transactions.

Key Activities:

* Interaction with sales team to identify risks and propose mitigants.

* Prepare proforma cashflows and property valuations

* Analysis of regional real estate markets (supply/demand)

* Financial analysis of borrowers and tenants

* Preparation and presentation of credit requests to credit committee

* Complete site inspections

* Participate in process improvement and Quality initiatives as required



Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in valuation or corporate credit analysis in a commercial investment banking or commercial lending institution.

* Computer proficiency: MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

* Must be fluent in English and Spanish in both written and oral communications.

* Strong analytical and financial skills

* Financial modeling and valuation experience using Excel.

* Financial statement review experience.

* You must be able to travel up to 50 % travel - primarily within Mexico and occasionally to Central America / US.

* Masters in Business Administration or Finance

* Demonstrated ability to coordinate several projects and processes concurrently

* Exposure to both debt and equity commercial transactions.
