Responsibilities

Structure, price, negotiate, close & operate Working Capital facilities (primarly factoring and revolving lines of credit) for firms with annual sales north of $USD 30 million.



Work closely with the sales origination, risk and legal teams to define and execute on prospecting priorities. Maintain account relationships at a strategic & tactical levels in order to growth line utilization and serve as the main contact point for inquires.



* Identify and capitalize market opportunities, including high priority prospects as well as existing customers.

* Grow product portfolio through an adequate structuring of new deals; negotiate financial conditions and structure deals maintaining a good price-risk balance.

* Monitor legal, fiscal and economic changes to adapt market strategy.

*Serve as the main customer contact point for day-to-day inquiries, including the coordination of cash operations across the different GE functions.

*Support commercial initiatives aimed at maintaining the long-term leadership of the business in the market.



Qualifications

Bachelors or Engineering Degree, Finance Major or Post-graduate studies.

* Experience on Financial Services; Factoring experience a plus

*Overall understanding of fiscal, accounting, capital market matters as they relate to Working Capital facilities.

*Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Self started and highly results oriented; able to execute and manage conflicting priorities with minimum guidance.

* Market analysis and good sales planning knowledge

**Pricing and risk management basic skills.

*Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office toolkit software.

*Bilingual: English-Spanish
