GENERAL FUNCTION

To coordinate, implement, administer and communicate devices and practices to ensure regional alignment and compliance with C&B policies and strategy for the Latin American Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To develop standard processes, templates and practices to support the implementation of the main C&B processes (i.e. yearly salary review, variable compensation payment, etc.)

To do the salary proposals for the hiring and moving of employees within the LA region or local hires / promotion with regional scope of the function in order to ensure compliance with intraregional and international policies.

To coordinate all market surveys (salaries and benefits) with the countries and ensure regional alignment across lines and countries

and with the regional job mapping

To determine best devices for implementation of communication of total compensation package to employees in order to impact on

longer term retention.

To provide support and participate in the start up of specific projects in the countries, related to C&B, in order to assist and ensure

best practices applied.

To establish employee communication standards and to communicate them to countries and business units, in order to develop and employer identity in the market and within WFT Latin America, to increase the sense of belonging of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Human Resources degree or similar level of knowledge. Direct experience in

operational C&B. Experience in the implementation and processing of C&B

policies, processes and procedures. Bilingual in English.

capacity, communication skills.
