Responsibilities:

•§         Managing existing and new client engagements

•§         Managing project team members using Towers Perrin-ISR methodology

•§         Identifying client needs and tailoring Towers Perrin-ISR's services accordingly

•§         Interpreting employee survey data and delivering comprehensive analysis and feedback to clients

•§         Developing new business and maintaining existing client relationships which requires business travel

Requirements:

•§         A post-graduate qualification (i.e., PhD) in the social/behavioral sciences

•§         Demonstrated ability to manage projects

•§         A proven aptitude for developing new business

•§         Successful candidates will demonstrate strong professional credibility, excellent writing, presentation and teambuilding skills and a flexible, open-minded approach

•§         Fluency/proficiency in Spanish and English is required.  Additional fluency/proficiency in Portuguese or another language is preferred
