A. Primary Responsibilities


· Campus Recruitment of Information Technology professionals from colleges / universities in Mexico, including screening and qualifying candidates for our operations in Monterrey, NL, Mexico


· Sourcing candidates (Internet searches, Job Boards, Cold-calling, Referral, Job-Fairs, Networking, etc) for open positions


· Interfacing with internal hiring managers and establishing relationships with career placement folk across  various engineering schools / universities in Mexico.


· Organizing Recruitment initiatives in different colleges / univesities and participating in career fairs


· Maintenance of data, sending periodical updates to stakeholders.


· Conducting professional reference checks / background checks


· Delivering excellent customer service & responsive communication to both applicants and clients


· Working with offshore teams for HR solutions


• Participating in telecons with hiring managers / offshore teams at international time zones.


B. Required Skills


· Bachelor's degree or equivalent required


· 3 to 7 years of related IT recruiting/staffing experience in a volume hiring environment


· 2 years of experience managing the Full Recruitment Life Cycle


· Must be proactive, self-starting/driven, detailed, thorough, and goal-oriented as well as flexible to adapt to shifting priorities


· Strong ability to multi-task and meet communicated deadlines in a fast-paced environment


· Strong presentation and written & oral communication skills


· Exhibits excellent customer service skills


· Ability to travel as needed for recruiting events (25%)


· Must be proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet, and various commercial Job Boards


· Exhibits strong sense of responsibility, accountability, ethics, and integrity in performing day-to-day tasks


• Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team environment 


C. Relationships with others


The jobholder is supervised by a Recruitment Manager who in addition to monitoring and reviewing his performance also brings in the necessary organisation-wide perspective. The jobholder works closely with his team members in fulfilling targets. He has to interface closely with the respective hiring managers who are his principal customers. The jobholder also interfaces closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
