  • Description


In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing, executing and managing attraction, generation, and delivering strategies for external talent
- Specifically, using Internet technologies to source and recruit talent
- Driving various projects and may be involved in other Staffing and Non-Staffing teams as appropriate
- Using metrics to assess candidate quality and quantity, agency usage, Recruiter efficiency, and to measure hiring trends versus hiring projections
- May consult with customers, vendors, external academia and bodies and to design, establish and perform to sourcing agreements, strategies, programs and advises clients of alternative sourcing strategies including: recruitment agency usage, events and available media
- May own supplier management activities
- Owning the intern programs and relationship with universities



  • Qualifications


You should possess a relevant educational qualification with excellent customer service skills, five years of direct recruiting experience with expertise in sourcing professional level international and/or local candidates and demonstrated leadership experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Good English skills
- Proficiency in the use of online web tools and techniques, marketing of posted positions, and meeting customers' demand
- Good time management, prioritization, organizational, and project management skills
- Thorough understanding of staffing processes related to the evaluation of employment factors to include job experience, education and training skills pertinent to the classification, selection, and referral of talent into Intel
- Good stakeholder management: ability to consistently build ownership and/or support among key internal and/or external stake holders
- Skills for networking and relationship-building with international countries
- Good skills in resume sourcing for specific job profiles
- Good skills in phone screen (HR)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with several organizational levels
- Demonstrated high analytical skills
- Ability to cope with a highly changing environment
- Ability to travel with in Mexico
- Good understanding of markets (skill sets, trends, competition, and others), and incorporates that knowledge into strategy development and execution
- Microsoft* Office* suite software skills (Excel*, Access* skills would be an added advantage)
