EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

·              Strong program management skills with a pro-active and dynamic approach.

·              Technical background, ideally Telecom but any experience will be considered..

·              Specific experience required in the rollout/SWAP of large infrastructure projects requiring the co-ordination of manufacturing plants, logistics, installation and commissioning functions including subcontractor management, and operational management.

·              Knowledge of project planning, cost management, contracts and project control techniques

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·              Manage customer's requests and complains ; risk assessment

·              Co-ordinate the actors of project: Technical Project Manager, Engineering Implementation Manager, Finance Controller, sub-contractors...

·              Ensure a privileged and secure interface with the customers and at program management level

·              Contribute to set up the project organization and to elaborate the Project Management Plan

·              Supervise the progress of the project regarding to the contractual commitments in term of deliveries compliance and timing aspects and therefore grants the customer satisfaction

·              Control the financial terms (gross margin, invoicing and payment) and propose corrective actions

·              Report any serious deviation from Alcatel commitments or customer difficulties to the head of the program management department and propose action plans to the operational units, and ensure that they are carried out once approved

·              Coordinate the drafting of the proposals, contracts and amendments

·              Ensure the consistency of Alcatel commitments from the proposals to the contracts (delivery list, planning and milestones, phasing, pricing and payment terms, penalties and legal terms)
