Qualifications and Experience:

* Must have extensive general management/project management experience including
change management or the implementation of new policies, processes or systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Bachelors degree and masters degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
* 10 years minimum experience in facility/pipeline operations, reliability,
integrity or maintenance.

Key Job responsibilities:

* Accountable for the coordination, development and execution of a change
management plan to manage the implementation of new policies, processes and
procedures into an organization to optimize reliability, integrity and
maintenance management.
* Accountable for success of the project and directly responsible for the
efficient coordination of the integrated project team and liaison with the
customer.
* Structuring of project requirements into individual project tasks and
efficient planning, allocation and coordination of tasks to a team of
specialists.
* Development of KPIs for tracking and reporting project progress to ensure
tasks are completed to time, cost and quality
Coordination of organizational review including roles and responsibilities, gap
analysis and training requirements.
* Must have the ability to plan, set objectives, follow up on a daily basis to
ensure tasks are completed and be able to manage to a project budget.
* Financial responsibility to ensure invoicing and collections
Must continually look for incremental revenue opportunities within the existing
contract.
