QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
* Experience in manufacturing process of digital TV, familiar with its industrial standards and test requirements.
* 5+ years experience in manufacturing quality related background.
* Solid quality management background, familiar with quality control tools and shop floor quality issues.
* Fluent English and Spanish both in verbal and writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Review supplier Manufacturing and Quality Control processes for adequacy to ensure efficient output of quality products.
* Monitor the production of GE branded television products to ensure compliance to GE standards. Monitor and analyze key production data to identify and anticipate potential problems.
* Work closely with supplier to ensure proper Manufacturing and quality documentation is in place to manufacture quality GE branded products. Documented procedures to include the handling Incoming Materials, Material flow, Manufacturing Process Instructions, In-Process Quality control, Equipment Maintenance, Product Conformance etc. In addition, review of product specific
* Review product specific component and assembly specifications for completeness.
* Observe production line procedures and inspect outgoing shipments of GE Branded products to GE Quality Standards.
* Provide summary production reports on a regular bases to the GETL Quality Leader
* Provide Technical Program Manager with data as needed
* GE liaison to the supplier. Proactively communicate with supplier personnel at all levels to ensure understanding and importance of adhering to all GE standards.
