Global Strategy Managers - Consumer FMCG Germany Ashwood Marketing Recruitment 30 jul

Our
client is an FMCG market-leader with global influence and reach.
They have around 50,000 employees in some 50 countries and last year,
their annual sales totalled 11.4 billion Euros. You will have a key
role to play in their continued success.

As
part of a high-calibre team, you will play a key role in the
development of the Global Brand Strategy (for the
Americas/Europe/Asia Pacific). Using strategic analysis and consumer
insights to develop brand strategy, you will initiate
clearly-differentiated and consumer-relevant brand positionings.
This will include involvement in cross-functional integration and
innovation project teams, developing strategies that deliver Category
growth.

A
strong Project Manager, you will demonstrate outstanding ability to
manage multi-functional teams. A strong relationship builder, you
will work well under pressure and view challenges optimistically.
You will show strategic vision and ‘out of box thinking’ coupled
with excellent interpersonal skills.

Your
experience will have been gained in a blue-chip FMCG multi-national
with strong operational business management focus within
International marketing teams as Group Brand Manager or equivalent.
You will have a strong drive for results, organisational agility, a
global mindset and a willingness to travel.
