Assortment Manager - Consumer FMCG

Our
client is an FMCG market-leader with global influence and reach.
They have around 50,000 employees in some 50 countries and last year,
their annual sales totalled 11.4 billion Euros. You will have a key
role to play in their continued success.

You
will manage and optimise an assortment of consumer products,
developing a strategy in this area and ensuring its profitability and
coherence. Throughout your work, you will support regions and take
ownership of the assortment process, while managing global innovation
specifications.

Strategically-minded
and a good team player, you will have proved yourself capable of
working with multi-functional project teams and building strong and
lasting relationships. It is also important that you have
strong numerical and analytical skills. This role will appeal to an
ambitious candidate, seeking a move to a global team where he/she can
build on their blue-chip analytical and category training.
