Job Duties

• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.


• Working with multiple business clients, leads business process analysis and needs assessments, aligning CMS solutions with business goals and initiatives.


• Consult on, design and deliver integrated business/technical solutions across multiple business units and hardware/software platforms.


• Assess the scalability of the content management infrastructure and develop new processes, workflows and standards to resolve complex technical issues.


• Recommend innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements and better user experience.


• Participate in overall project management, time estimates and resource scheduling.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills

• 2+ or more years experience with Interwoven TeamSite and other related database and technologies. May include: Unix/Linux/Windows 2000/2003 administration, SQL, Oracle, J2EE,(jsp ans sevlets), server configuration and architecture, Java, XML, CGI, HTML, XML,and HTML (ColdFusion, WebSphere), networking and security protocols, portal technology (Plumtree Portal Server)


• Demonstrated experience in architecting complex technical solutions for multiple clients
