Senior Consultant - SAP Practice, Consultant - SAP Practice and

Associate Consultant - SAP Practice 

Broad areas covered by the job

• Consultant will work on SAP Applications projects for Infosys Global,

Mexico and LATAM clients

• Projects will be implementation, support, upgrade or rollout engagements

Key responsibilities

• Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)

♣ Collecting business requirements

♣ Mapping/gapping to SAP Applications

♣ Setting up demos for the client

♣ Conducting training

♣ Working with Infosys consultants in other DCs across the world in

development of custom code / other RICE objects

♣ Customer training

♣ Resolution of customer issues

♣ Lead small teams at a module or Project level (Senior Consultant and

Consultant only)

♣ Pre-sales support: work on proposal preparation and presentation to

clients (Senior Consultant and Consultant only)

Technical Skills required

• Proven experience in implementing SAP in any of the following: Financials

>ABAP

>Basis

>MM/PP

>Netweaver

>SD

>Solutions Mgr

>WM

• Experience in the life cycle stages of SAP ERP implementation projects

including requirements analysis, design, build and development

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Behavior Skills required

• Ability to work in a team environment - sharing ideas and working

collaboratively

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

Expected experience range

• Senior Consultant - SAP Practice: minimum 8 years, maximum 14

years SAP Applications experience

• Consultant - SAP Practice: minimum 4 years, maximum 8 years of SAP

Applications experience

• Associate Consultant - SAP Practice: minimum 2 years, maximum 4

years of SAP Applications experience

Education

• Any one of BE, BTech, MS, MBA

• Good academic record

Travel Requirements

• Candidate may have to travel to the US for periods of up to 6 months
