Our client is one of the premier companies in the international power generation sector providing leading-edge power and energy solutions. It develops and builds fossil fuel power plants and power-generating components as well as wind turbines, turbines for use as mechanical drives and compressors for industrial applications.


 


Due to increased workload and new opportunities, they currently have a vacancy for one of their projects close to Durango, Mexico, for a professional with site material receiving and inspection experience to fill the following role:


 


SITE MATERIAL COORDINATOR


 


Job Responsabilities:


 


•-          Track inbound shipments


•-          Shipping Damage Documentation & Claims origination


•-          Material Storage and Preservation


•-          Material Inventory and Identification


•-          Material and Equipment Proof of Delivery


•-          Site Receiving Data Resources


•-          Liaison with Erection Contractor for all material issues.


•-          Spare Parts/Loan& Return Tools Management


 


Profile:


•-          Education preferred: Associate Degree


•-          Minimum 4 years experience as Material Coordinator preferably within the power generation sector.


•-          V-machine experience would be preferred


•-          Ability to interface with vendors and contract labor suppliers to arrange materials and services.


•-          Strong team-working skills and beliefs in the benefit of teamwork and work processes.


•-          High level of English is a must.


•-          Excellent written and oral communication skills.
