Responsibilities

Role involves direct business interaction & support, involving requirement & design reviews, service management, change & issue management, program release support/coordination, testing coordination, and daily support activities, etc.

- Serve as functional point of contact and subject matter expert on information delivery, reporting and business intelligence for all CS Functions (e.g. Operations Excellence, Finance, Risk, Policy 6, OTR, etc.). Provide process, functional and application clarifications as needed.

- Responsible for managing aspects of Information Delivery operational processes, including driving continuous improvement projects, daily support activities, operational strategy, budget & resource management, communication strategy, change management, issues / incident management, service management, etc.

- Coordinate day-to-day reporting requirements & analysis, data model design, and data architecture proposals, documentation and reviews for operational and minor releases, including ErWin diagrams, ETL Design, Data model design, Reporting Design, and technical architecture & technical design deliverables & documentation.

- Work with CS Information Delivery Project Manager on solution identification, feasibility analysis, and implementation of Growth Playbook and SII projects, including COGNOS projects, Data Mart Redesign, Data Portals, Dashboarding / Alerting, and Right-TimeReporting solutions.

- Assist in facilitating Change Control Board, Business Review Boards and other business status update meetings and communications for information delivery operational projects. Drive the change management process by partnering with users and stakeholders and implement the requirements in cost effective manner for reporting/analytics.

- Establish an effective business training, awareness and communication program for CS Information Delivery.

- Coordinate data warehouse capability studies, future integration & tools, etc.



Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or engineering with at least 2-3 years in the application of Information Technology to business solutions.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in business systems analysis and support including working with all aspects of data warehouse development life cycle (requirements through implementation).

- Minimum 2 years experience managing data warehouse projects

- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Information Delivery concepts.

- Experience with Congos Release 8.1 or higher, especially FrameWork Manager, Report Studio, Query Studio, Transformer and Cognos Connection.

- Experience with data modeling and design, especially star-schema, snow-flacing, aggregation, OLAP, ErWin toolset, and other data model concepts.

- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Experience working in a global environment team members working remotely located in various time zones.

- Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels.

- Experience using Six Sigma tools and techniques.
