Principales responsabilidades:
· Responsible for statutory and gap closing & reporting process
· Establish and maintain routines and controls to ensure financial compliance with USGAAP and local statutory regulations (including B-10)
· Own and lead financial statements translation process (Stat to Gaap)
· Own and lead account reconciliation process
· Own and lead ERP upgrades implementation process from the controllership perspective
· Strong emphasis and ownership on cost and inventory accounting
· Lead statutory external and internal audits
· Responsible for inter-company receivables and payables
· Control of fixed assets
· Responsible for Transfer Pricing compliance
· Ensure 100% compliance on Taxes and Statutory/Societary obligations; own and lead VAT refund process and Income Tax filings
· Lead quarterly pre-close reporting mechanisms and Controllership Reviews
. Calculation of Obsolescence Reserves for Inventory
. Coordinate Physical Inventory from Controllership perspective
. Coordinate P&E phisical inventory
. Calculation of FX for Stat and USGAAP books in sync with Risk Manager
. Review of payments/disbursements documentation from Controllership and Accounting perpective

Conocimientos:
· CPA - Public Accountant
· 10 years in accounting and/or audit and/or controllership at multinational company - similar position
· Solid Mex and US Gaap accounting knowledge or IFRS
· US Functional currency reporting expertise
· Fully bilingual with good writing skills.
· Strong facilitator / team work approach
· Experience with ERP systems
· Good understanding and command of legal issues / Outstanding analytical skills.
· Good communication skills with upper management
· Experienced leading teams & ability to work under pressure.
