Responsibilities

-Program and execute the plant production.

-Meet production goals.

-Manage the maintenance area, creating preventive maintenance programs and also reduce the corrective maintenance.

-Lead the lean six sigma initiatives identifying business opportunity areas and assign resources/projects to improve the business performance.

-Improve and maintain the employees engagement through continues improvement projects, Quality Thursdays, etc.

-Reduce GTTC CtQ: GTN, Remakes, Scraps and DPMOs.

-Exceed EHS requirements on all the activities/areas in charge.

-Manage and set annual budgets for GTN, Remakes, Measurement Instruments, Repair and -Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.maintenance, coolants and lubricants, consultant and services for maintenance, major repairs.

-Responsible of metrology lab and gagging control on GTTC.



Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.


Desired

-Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified (GE employees only).

-Experience in Production Programming.

-Experience in Machining Processes.

-Experience in preventive & corrective equipment maintenance.

-Knowledge of Quality System & Regulatory.

-Excellent Interpersonal/integration skills.

-Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills.

-Understand EHS Concepts.

-Understand Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
