ACS, a global FORTUNE 500 company with 62,000 people supporting client operations reaching more than 100 countries, provides business process outsourcing and information technology solutions to world-class commercial and government clients.

 Primary job duties include:

·Maintaining a database of commission, bonus, and award payments (requires both Microsoft Access and Excel experience)

·Sending a file to Payroll once every 2 weeks with pay information for that payroll cycle

·Coordinating with HR, Finance, and Sales to ensure proper approvals have been received for all payments

Other job duties will include:

·Approving transactions in the Manager Self Service system (MSS) and escalating concerns to the appropriate Compensation team member

·Updating job descriptions

·Participating in salary surveys

·Updating survey matches and pricing information in MarketPay (online market pricing tool)

·Ad-hoc data analysis as needed

Education and Typical Years of Experience:At least a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance or other related business field. At least 2 years of compensation specific experience. Prefer some HRIS experience. Specific Requirements:English 90%
