Responsibilities

Tool Room Management / Progressive dies & hand dies management

Technical support to 400 Ton Press, Turrets, CNC Machinery, TIG welding, Press Brakes and Powder Coating

Develop and implement improved tooling and fixtures

Development, validation, implementation, documentation and training of manufacturing process

Improve process, projects and programs to reduce VCP

NPI, transition new products from Engineering or another production plan including floor layout, equipment requirements, test

requirements and manufacturing process.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree Engineering

Bilingual spanish & fluen english

3 years of experience within metal mecanic industry

Strong techical acumen, main steel fabrication process: stamping with press hard tools and turrets, bending and welding

Expertise: 400 Ton Press, CNC Machinery, TIG welding, Spotwelding, Turrets, Pressbrakers

Powder Coating knowledge

Tool Room management

Progressive dies & han dies, die set

TPS, SMED, QDC, NPI, working instructions, Quality Systems, EHS Programs, line production transfers

Maintenance Management, TPM, preventive & corrective programs

Analytical, drive solutions at the root cause and prevent recurring problems

Management & Leadership Skills
