Job Title


Executive - Facilities (Customer Service)


Function


To oversee Facilities support to internal and external customers in designated areas of responsibility


Reports to


Manager - Facilities


Immediate level of subordinates


Associate Facilities (Customer Service), Contract personnel


Objectives of the job


To ensure Facilities support to internal and external customers as per Service Level Agreements (SLA)


Principal duties and responsibilities


To set up Facilities infrastructure and allocate


space            


2) To deploy contractual personnel as per


requirement


3) To put in place the Facilities process


4) To supervise Facilities Associates (Customer


5) Service), landscaping, event management, pest control, VIP Catering and Banquets


6) To supervise the set up of and operationalise health club, leisure activities and guesthouses / staff hostels


7) To manage VIP visits


8) To initiate and co-ordinate the Purchase process


9) To supervise the housekeeping process


10) To co-ordinate emergency services


11) To anchor the Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity process in area of responsibility


12) Liaison with various bodies


13) To adopt and implement best practices


14) To adopt and implement environment friendly practices


15) To train Facilities personnel in customer service related activities
