ACS, a global FORTUNE 500 company with 62,000 people supporting client operations reaching more than 100 countries, provides business process outsourcing and information technology solutions to world-class commercial and government clients.


Provide quick, reliable operation analysis and monitoring of multiple client networks. Responsible for ensuring network downtimes do not exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Participate in creation of monthly network availability reports and network performance and utilization reports. Analyze network connectivity problems, interpret testing results, and determine root cause of network outages.

Perform audits of clients' networks. Responsible for ensuring information from different network sources is consistent, including network diagrams, asset management database, and network tools. Responsible for documenting discrepancies, coordinating resolution of issues with technical teams, vendors, and clients, and updating sources of information with accurate and consistent data.

Participate in daily/weekly meetings and interact regularly with management, team members, and clients.

Education and Typical Years of Experience:Bachelor's degree or technical certification in Computer Science or related field.


0-1 year of related computing (documentation control, end-user or technical/administrative support) experience.


Specific Requirements:· Basic knowledge of WAN (Wide Area Network) and Telecommunications.
· Experience with Cisco routers, CSU/DSU, ISDN, UPS, and NT1 a plus.
· Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other basic PC applications.
· Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).
· Extraordinary organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and remotely.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Valid passport and Visa to travel to USA.
· Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
