REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Develops and implements comprehensive recruiting strategies to meet internal client needs (i.e., utilizing job boards, print ad, factoring in price/time requirements, etc.)
Manages the delegation of all recruiting assignments to involve the appropriate departmental resources.
Develops and oversees overall recruiting strategies for both technical and non-technical client needs.
Evaluates and determines business unit or group recurring needs. Interfaces with upper management to understand and provide recruiting support consistent with business unit or groups needs.
Interfaces with client management to evaluate level of service being provided and resolves issues as appropriate.
Manages the new hire process to ensure applicants assume employee status consistent with the companyâ€TMs policies, procedures and practices.
Ensures that vendor and other professional relationships are maintained/enhanced including those with job fairs, colleges, etc.
Develops and manages departmental budget.
Monitors the status of program schedules and tracks all funds associated with the contract, program, project, e.g., direct labor, subcontractors, and temporary labor as appropriate.
Prepares miscellaneous associated reports, charts and graphs on program(s), project or contract status and makes presentations to management as appropriate.
May assist functional management in the performance of special assignments and projects in support of ACSâ€TM strategic planning efforts.
Education and Typical Years of Experience:Bachelorâ€TMs degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of progressive, related experience in administration, management control and/or accounting of technical professional services, with a strong background in recruiting and/or HR disciplines required.
1+ year experience in successful task leadership or supervisory role, demonstrating strong organizational and task leadership skills.
