POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for effectively and professionally servicing customers over the phone as specified by the client's project and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*To answering incoming calls
*  To provides concise, quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner for client projects
* To interacts with fellow team members to enhance project performance

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATION:
* High School Diploma or equivalent

SKILLS:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

*80-90 % English level
* Knowledge of MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel
* Computer knowledge

OTHER:
* Avaliability to work evenings, weekends and holydays
