Education: Undergraduate degree in business administration, computer science, or management information systems, or comparable industry experience or education.

Prior Experience:
Industry Experience - Experience or involvement with HR business applications is preferred, but not required. Equivalent educational experience may be substituted for this requirement.

Work Experience â€" 5 -7 years experience working in an application development IT environment or equivalent education experience performing systems analysis.

Technologies â€" Previous experience in application design and/or maintenance desirable. Candidate must have strong skills using Microsoft products including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and must be familiar with MS Project. Working knowledge of Visio. Familiarity with systems life cycle methodology, CMMI preferrable. Working knowledge of Unix, Oracle and web/app/DBMS infrastructure environments. Working knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.

Time Management â€" Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required. Candidate must be flexible, well organized and able to work well under pressure. Candidate must work well without close supervision. Experience with high levels of accountability, demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision.

Communication Skills â€" Candidate must demonstrate excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Candidate must have a professional demeanor and present a positive image when working with a client team. The ability to engage virtual teams on complex issues strong facilitation, interpersonal and customer skills are needed to interact with client management groups as well as the ability to apply analysis, definition, and documentation for business, system and data processes demonstrating clarity.
Problem Solving - Strong problem-solving are required. Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to sound, ethical, moral and legal business standards and practices.
Specific Requirements:1) Key liaison between customer, onshore team and offshore development team.
2) Conduct day to day project activities with the customer and project team, participate in status meetings and maintaining status reports, identify and escalate project risk items and issues.
3) Assists in project initiation activities, risk identification/mitigation, project planning and prioritizing, peer review process.
4) Responsible for requirements analysis and scoping out design capabilities within the solution. 5) Provides functional and general technical expertise to formulate complex project scope and objectives; develops and modifies procedures to address information system issues/problems.
6) Performs analyses of existing solutions to incorporate requested enhancements.
7) Responsible for test planning, test coordination and execution, etc. This includes both maintenance/production support as well as large scale project work.
8) Makes effective decisions and achieves results in the midst of changes in responsibilities, work processes, timeframe, performance expectations, organizational culture or work environment.
9) Manage day to day incidents and tasks reported by customers. Performs reviews/analyses of requested changes for equipment, technology and/or other factors/trends, which may impact existing solution consistent with solution modifications.
10) Adhere to CMMI methodology.
