Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting commercial deployment, budgeting and account management initiatives through domain expertise of the business CRM (Siebel) application as well as the creation and generation of ad-hoc periodic reports & dashboards to track the operating rhythm of the business. Other responsibilities include training application users, managing database projects, leading database prioritization & classification efforts, volume forecasting, pipeline management, and territory reviews.



CRM Owner - Seamlessly integrate upgrades to Siebel *Enhance Siebel usage through user improvements *Assist maintenance calls with Corporate

Reporting - Facilitate weekly Commercial Pipeline meetings *Update and upgrade commercial business reports including dashboard *Generate quarterly presentations covering product performance *Improve and automate methodology for calculating business metrics such as conversion rates, average deal size, cycle times, activity tracking, etc.

*Maintain and create new reports to ensure customer activity is reflected in the system *Generate and maintain i-Bot reports for commercial force.

Project Management - DB Prioritization and classification by product and Support tracking of MarComm & commercial campaigns and contests.



Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree with High School Diploma or equivalent

* Minimum 3-5 years work experience

* Proven ability to execute projects, work independently

* Problem solving skills/analytical thinker

* Strong verbal communication skills including ability to present business metrics results

* Self-reliant, proactive, confident, high productivity work style

* Flexible/adaptable - able to work with diverse groups of people in a matrix environment.

* Advanced Excel skills, strong PowerPoint skills

* Ability to multi-task while focusing on detail

* Bilingual: English & Spanish

* Ability to handle competing priorities


Desired

* Proven ability to adapt to local business cultures and work with diverse individuals, with multiple styles.

* Ability to work independently.

* Familiarity with Siebel or similar CRM application
