Position Summary
o Provide Senior Level Support for Administration of Oracle Database support.
o Provide technical consultation to other teams as required
o Provide support for ACS and Customer support needs
o Candidates should have experience with:
o With Oracle versions 8i, 9i, and 10g
o With Oracle running on Unix and Wintel Systems
o RAC â€" Real Application Clustering
o PL/SQL direct experience
o Be able to engineer API Oracle function packages that includes Stored Procedures
o Performance and Tuning of Oracle Databases
o Monitoring and use of Backup technology using RMAN
o Candidates can also have the following skills as a nice to have:
o Familiar with MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005
o Familiar with Microsoft Access

Education and Typical Years of Experience: Bachelorâ€^TMs degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.

Education and Typical Years of Experience:Minimum 3-5 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 6 years developing large, technically complex systems and 3 years with major responsibility for developing, revising and controlling technical documentation of a complex system.

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience as a task lead (if acting in a supervisory role).

o Ability to understand business needs for application and data use
o Ability to manage multiple priorities for project and support workload
o Proficient use of personal computers and software
o Provide leadership to teammates

o 3-5 years experience use on Unix and MS Windows Systems
o 3+ years experience with use of Oracle versions on Unix and MS Windows Systems
o Understanding of Database Languages and Concepts
o Leadership skills within Team and/or Project
o Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
