Job Description:

Intercall is looking for a dynamic and creative software professional to join a team that is creating the next generation communication software over the Internet.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of engineering management, contribute to the on-going design, implementation and support efforts for Intercall products allowing users to share audio, video and other communication technologies using the internet.

Qualifications:

• Java, J2EE and with Java Web application development experience with specific experience in Struts (strongly preferred) or similar MVC framework.
• Experience with developing and/or strong knowledge of JSP custom tag development.

• Experience with developing Web services as both producer and consumer required, with experience using Apache Axis in the specific strongly preferred.
• Experience (2 years) using JDBC API required and additional experience with Hibernate persistence framework is preferred.
• Experience using the Ant build tool for building and deploying applications is strongly preferred.
• Experience using or knowledge of Spring application framework is strongly preferred.
• Experience with WebLogic application server is strongly preferred (version 8.0 or above). Strong experience with similar Java application servers (Webshpere, JBoss) acceptable in some cases.
• Experience developing with and supporting Tomcat servlet engine strongly preferred.

The following knowledge is a plus

• Experience (2 years preferred) with mobile device application development using J2ME platform required.

Experience developing applications specifically to the Blackberry is also preferred.
