Responsibilities * GE Water & Process Technologies seeks a motivated and talented professional to provide sales leadership in Mexico. * This Commercial Leader will be responsible for delivering Regional and Division sales objectives consistent with business plans. * All commercial activities including: hiring, coaching and supporting District Sales Managers, ensuring development of key and strategic Customers, maximizing sales productivity, leading quarterly reviews, partner closely with Region Operations Manager and Division Trailer Sales Manager to provide consistent and meaningful leadership to branch staffs, support and foster the National Account Program, develop highly-motivated sales people in assigned area, develop appropriate business strategies for Region and Division, Assess Region/Division market conditions and identify growth points and to develop regional tactics to achieve business plan, development/management join with Local and Corporate Sales team.. Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering. *8+ yrs. of experience in the commercial field focused on water equipment or industrial products (metal-mechanic, healthcare, high-tech, consumer, others) *Excellent Communication skills/Bilingüal (English/Spanish) * Budget planning and cost management experience. * Demonstrated Customer Focus. * Strategic thinking and creative problem solving, Results-Oriented. * Must have excellent negotiation skills. * Exceptional Organizational skills, strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills. Desired * Demonstrated sales success. * Strong experience in developing and driving execution sales programs and engineering programs. * Experiences leading and developing teams and working across functions. * Process oriented with the ability to leverage quality resources to solve issues. * Strong GE Values. * Six Sigma, Green Belt (GE Employees Only). * Advance Degree (MBA). * Chemical or Oil Engineer. * Strong capacity to create a new technical and commercial platform to growth. * Demonstrated ability to provide proactive, positive coaching and development.
