In November 2007, Hispanic Teleservices Corporation became a subsidiary of Teleperformance, which has the largest global footprint in the industry with:

• 281 contact centers, 75,000 work stations, 83,000 FTEs.

• presence in 45 countries & in over 66 languages and dialects, and

• servicing over 75 markets & 15 NearShore/OffShore locations.

Teleperformance is the most experienced and truly largest global contact center outsourcer in the world. Established in 1978, Teleperformance’s core business is full spectrum CRM/BPO contact center solutions. In addition to its unique global reach, Teleperformance is also noted for its flexibility and adaptability to specific client needs, just one of the many aspects that make it a natural match for HTC.

We currently have two operational facilities and one recruiting site in Monterrey, and one operational facility in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The company's headquarters are in Houston, Texas and its operations are based in Monterrey & Guadalajara
